2. Services Provided

We provide telecommunications services, including but not limited to VOIP, internet services, PBX systems, cabling, and security systems. Services are subject to availability and may vary based on location.

3. Service Activation and Usage

3.1. Service activation is subject to successful completion of registration, credit verification, and acceptance of these Terms.

3.2. You agree to use the Services for lawful purposes only. Unlawful use, including fraud, harassment, spamming, and transmission of illegal content, is strictly prohibited.

3.3. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate Services if misuse is detected.

4. Fees and Payments

4.1. Service fees are detailed in your subscription agreement or invoice.

4.2. Payments are due by the date specified on the invoice. Late payments may result in additional charges or suspension of Services.

4.3. Auto Pay is available for credit card payments, which can be enabled upon request after the first manual payment.

5. Billing and Disputes

5.1. Invoices will be sent electronically to the email address provided during registration.

5.2. Any billing disputes must be raised within 30 days of the invoice date. Disputes raised after this period may not be entertained.

5.3. Non-payment or unresolved disputes may result in service suspension or termination.

6. Equipment and Installation

6.1. Any equipment provided by the Company remains the property of the Company unless purchased outright by the Customer.

6.2. You are responsible for the proper use and maintenance of equipment. Damages caused by misuse may result in additional charges.

6.3. Installation services will be scheduled based on mutual agreement. Any delays or rescheduling must be communicated promptly.

7. Privacy and Security

7.1. We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and ensuring secure use of the Services.

8. Service Limitations and Interruptions

8.1. While we strive to provide uninterrupted Services, occasional outages or interruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen circumstances.

8.2. The Company is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from service interruptions.

9. Termination of Services

9.1. You may terminate your Services by providing written notice at least 30 days in advance.

9.2. The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend Services for non-compliance with these Terms, non-payment, or any fraudulent or unlawful activities.

10. Liability and Indemnification

10.1. The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services.

10.2. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Services.
